Raging Stallion To Release non-XXX version of Focus/Refocus

San Francisco. CA. - Gay adult industry giant Raging Stallion Studios is entering the new decade with the expansion of their distribution into the general retail arena. President Chris Ward has decided to edit their 4 disc smash-hit Focus/ReFocus into a non-XXX, retail friendly version, which will be released on DVD by Breaking Glass Pictures on March 30th.

Raging Stallion received the 2008 and 2009 GAYVN Best Picture awards, and Focus/Refocus is a strong contender to become the winner this year. Director Tony Dimarco delivers a plot-driven murder mystery that proudly stands in quality with most indie Hollywood films. Focus/ReFocus is an erotic rollercoaster ride that thrills and kills with reckless abandon.

Dimarco is excited about the upcoming release: “I have been making heavily plot driven films for years and Chris suggested that we fully film a mainstream retail version of our XXX feature for general release. It was a great opportunity for me to express myself as a film maker. This is a very sexy mainstream movie.”

Company president Chris Ward also had a lot to say about the new venture. “This is the first time that RSS has ventured into the non-porn entertainment industry. We shot Focus / ReFocus with the idea that it could be reworked into a mainstream release. What surprised all of us was how excited the distributors were to get their hands on this movie! Obviously here at RSS we are all proud that our work quality is now considered up to Hollywood standards!": When asked why the mainstream version lists only Tony Dimarco as the director (the XXX was directed by Tony, Ben Leon, and Chris Ward) he noted that most of the footage used in the mainstream version was directed by Dimarco. “Although Ben and I directed some of the footage utilized in the non-porn version, Tony directed 90% of it. Ultimately, this movie is his and he has earned solo director credit.”

A summary of the plot :In San Francisco, Joe (Cole Streets) is a porn- obsessed twenty-something who loves to film his hot boyfriend Eddie (David Taylor, Raging Stallion’s Man of the Year 2010) having sex. Eddie is not interested in being filmed, but that doesn't stop Cole! The plot thickens as someone e-mails him a clip of Dario Stefano (Steve Cruz), his favorite porn star, in a private home video. When Eddie’s “costars” start turning up dead, Joe finds himself on a deadly disturbing adventure that he himself might not survive!

The edited version of Focus/ReFocus will be available through all major retailers.
